Label Vision System

LVS 9500

The INTEGRA 9500 bar code quality station is an all in one bar code verifier with analytical software that is extremely easy to operate. Just place the label on the viewing platform and it is graded. There is no symbology or aperture to choose as the INTEGRA™ 9500 auto discriminates the bar code type and correct aperture to use. The easy to read results are boldly displayed on the built in LCD display.
The INTEGRA 9500 includes a fully functional 2.4GHZ computer, Windows XP Professional operating system, 12-inch LCD display, NEMA 4 sealed 104 key functionality keyboard and read head with lighting and high resolution camera. Any PC compatible USB printer can be connected to the INTEGRA 9500 so a hard copy can be printed. If you wish to electronically send the data to a remote location you can because the system has a 10/100 Network Interface and is Internet compatible.

The INTEGRA 9500 Parameters:
The INTEGRA 9500 inspects all nine of the ISO (ANSI) parameters PLUS added features of determining Blemishes, Opacity, and Human Readable Validation. More detailed analysis of the bar code is possible with a few clicks of the mouse.
The analysis will be color coded to show exactly where the problem is with the bar code. Sections of the bar code can be analyzed to better determine how to solve the problem. Reference to an on-line help screen will aid in this analysis. All of this is viewable on the built in LCD display.
High-resolution reading of the bar code is possible due to the 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution camera (1.3 mega-pixels). This allows reading (and analyzing) every twothousandth of an inch (.002") of the bar code height. This exceeds the ten-scan average required by ISO. Camera technology allows more detailed analysis of the bar code, and it makes reading of small and truncated codes possible, accurate, and very easy.

Accuracy and Repeatability: (UCC Certified)  The INTEGRA 9500 is the most accurate verifier on the market today with the highest degree of repeatability. The operator is not involved in the scanning process. No wand to hold or move, no angle to maintain, and no buttons to push that can affect the overall grade results.
The INTEGRA 9500 Bar Code Station is the most reliable system on the market. There are no moving parts to wear out, no laser diode to burn out. The lights used with the INTEGRA™ 9500 are computer monitored and controlled. They automatically adjust to a NIST traceable calibration standard.

LVS 9505

LVS Integra 9505 – flat bed verifier (FBV) is designed to ISO grade most 1D &2D bar codes on various label sizes and finished products with flat or rounded sides. The Flat Bed Verifier Boasts a massive 6” x 4” Field of View on the optional High Density unit (Part No.: AUXRH-HD-6.25).The LVS Flat Bed Verifier is connected to a customer supplied PC via a USB cable and is designed to fully comply with the GS1 Standards & ISO/IEC Standards. Place a bar code on the viewing stage and software does the rest. A NIST Traceable Calibrated Conformance test card is used for calibration.

There are five different models. Each designed to accommodate your needs for a different field of view with respect to the Narrow Bar Width (NBW)or cell size.
