High quality with extra long lifetime TP+ is given by a special surface coating. The hardness of sharps is increasing. The slipperiness of sharps by the sequential application is two times better. Due to these parameters is achieved maximum service life of cutting plates as well as with applications on extra-hard abrasive materials.
By comparison of quality and price these flexible die can fully replace applications with hard rotary cutting cylinders.
Resulting service life in comparison with standard cuts is at least 2 – 3 times longer.
